OHIO VETERANS: Adaptive Homes CDC is looking for an eligible veteran to receive a home!

Adaptive Homes CDC has asked the Ohio Dept. of Veterans Services to help identify a disabled veteran to receive a home.

A local builder is donating the cost of the home, andodvs logo the veteran will have to support the utilities, taxes, insurance and upkeep, estimated at about $700 per month.

The home is being built in Reynoldsburg, OH. (Columbus suburb)

There is a formal application process and the veteran will have to provide his/her DD214, a story about their service and service-related injuries.  There will be some examination of their finances, but poor credit scores and marks will not disqualify the veteran.

Please contact Fred Stratmann, Chief Legal Counsel at The Ohio Department of Veterans Services for more information, or to nominate a worthy veteran.  (614) 644-0898
