Cincinnati Bar Association Hosts OLHO Luncheon
Congressman Steve Chabat and Congressman Brad Wenstrup headlined a luncheon event at the Cincinnati Bar Association on April 20, pulling together a large crowd of Cincinnati lawyers to encourage them to volunteer support for OLHO. Underwriting the cost of the lunch were law firms Squire Patton & Boggs and Dinsmore & Shohl. Retired Justice Evelyn Stratton served as emcee of the event.
Cong Wenstrup has a special connection as a Lt Col in the Army Reserve, having served a tour in Iraq, and now sits on both the Armed Services and the Veterans Affairs Committees of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Several members of both the state and federal judiciaries attended to support the OLHO program.
In the few hours between the end of the event and the drafting of this article, seven new Cincinnati attorney volunteers have been added to the OLHO volunteer network.
Whether you are in Cincinnati, or anywhere else in Ohio, please encourage your lawyer friends and associates to register into the OLHO program in order to serve the American heroes who have already served us
